White Glove, In-Home Delivery Process

Furniture is delivered by our White Glove, In-Home delivery service within the 48 contiguous continental United States. For shipments outside the continental United States, please call our toll free number at 1.866.399.7078 for special instructions and fees.

Upon delivery, two or more people will place your furniture into the room or area you specify. Deliveries are typically made 1 to 4 weeks from the date your order is shipped and are made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a phone call with an estimated delivery date. You will then be contacted again within one to two days of your delivery date to schedule a four hour time frame.

Furniture Shipping and Processing Fees

Within our showroom delivery areas (most of FL and AZ, Dallas, TX area, and Las Vegas, NV area): $95.00 flat fee

Outside our showroom delivery areas: 10% of merchandise total

There is a minimum fee of $200.00 for furniture deliveries outside our showroom delivery areas.
